This reagent was prepared using the principle of colloidal gold immunoassay (GICA). After adding the sample to the sampling port, it moves along the chromatographic membrane labeled with colloidal gold. If there is an antigen of Mycoplasma sheep virus in the sample, it will bind to colloidal gold markers and antibodies on the detection line and display a purple red color. If there is no antigen of Mycoplasma sheep virus in the sample, no color reaction will occur.
